Meet The Personal Trainers

Wade Snow

Certified Personal Trainer

Wade Snow brings more than two decades of experience helping individuals improve their health, strength, and overall well-being. Originally from San Diego, California, Wade relocated to Bigfork after spending many years owning and operating Jump Start Fitness, a successful personal training studio that evolved from a mobile training business into a private fitness facility. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, designing individualized programs that reflect each person’s goals, experience level, and physical limitations.

Before becoming a full-time fitness professional, Wade served as a firefighter reserve and completed paramedic training, receiving advanced education in emergency medicine, rescue operations, and fire suppression. Following a serious training injury that ended his career in emergency services, he redirected his passion for helping others toward health and fitness. Today, he takes a whole-person approach to wellness, emphasizing strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits to help clients build lasting confidence and improve their quality of life.

Outside of the gym, Wade enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of Montana’s outdoors. Whether hiking, exploring nature, or enjoying time with loved ones, he values the balance between staying active and appreciating the natural beauty that surrounds him.

Dustyn Baethke

Strength & Conditioning Coach

With more than 17 years of experience in collegiate sports performance, Dustyn is dedicated to helping Flathead Valley youth athletes reach their full athletic potential through proven, results-driven training methods.

Throughout his career, Dustyn has worked at the highest levels of collegiate athletics, developing football athletes across the SEC, Big Ten, and Pac-12 conferences. His training philosophy is built on the same principles that have helped numerous athletes advance to successful collegiate and professional careers.

Dustyn specializes in strength and conditioning, speed development, mobility, position-specific agility, sports nutrition, and return-to-play programming for athletes recovering from injury.

In addition to football, Dustyn has trained collegiate athletes in basketball, volleyball, swimming, track & field, wrestling, and soccer. His approach focuses on developing stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes while building confidence, discipline, and the character needed to succeed both in competition and in life.

Natalie Stilo

Certified Personal Trainer & Golf Fitness Specialist

Natalie’s love of fitness started early with fifteen years as a competitive gymnast, building the discipline and passion for movement that still drive her today. That passion carried into college, where she played golf for four years at Drew University — sparking her drive to help other golfers improve their swing and translate that into real performance on the course.

Before Montana, Natalie spent five years personal training in New Jersey and led small group fitness training in New York City before that. She’s worked with clients of all ages and genders, training everyone from competitive golfers to those simply looking to get stronger, move better, and build lasting fitness habits.

Golf is just one part of what Natalie offers — she’s equally passionate about general strength training, working with clients on foundational strength, mobility, and injury prevention no matter their sport or goals. With a background in psychology, she brings a light touch of habit-based coaching into her sessions, helping clients build routines around movement and nutrition that stick. What sets her apart is her ability to meet clients where they are — whether that’s shaving strokes off a golf game or simply helping someone feel stronger and more capable in everyday life — and a passion for helping people push past barriers, physical and mental alike.

Outside the gym, Natalie loves playing golf, fishing along the river with her boyfriend, and heading back east to spend time with family in New Jersey. She’s also embraced everything Montana has to offer, finding a new appreciation for the outdoors and the slower, more adventurous pace of life here.
