Johannes (Joe) Sikkema received a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from Brock University. He then completed a Masters Degree in Sports Medicine at California State University of Fresno. Upon completion of his Masters degree he was accepted into Loma Linda Medical University where he completed his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. While attending school Joe was also able to play Division I Volleyball at both Brock and Fresno State which gave him a unique perspective on dealing with high level athletes and their injuries. For the last 10 years he has specialized in Outpatient Orthopedic Therapy with an emphasis on manual therapy. He is certified in Manipulation, Dry Needling, and other manual techniques to assist all patients with all levels of discomfort and pain. While completing his Doctoral Degree Joe also won the award for excellence in research, specifically in the area of Vestibular dysfunction, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and Concussions. For this reason Joe is competent in handling the most complex of medical cases and can assist both patients and families with the issues that arise from these serious conditions.
Dr. Joe Sikkema currently sees patients predominantly at the River Bend South Kalispell Location, but will also be seeing patients at the Fort by appointment, or request.

Dr. Kaci Calaway is a Bigfork native, owner and founder of River Bend Physical Therapy and Preventative Care, LLC, and a graduate of the University of Montana in Missoula. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology in 2008 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2011.
After completing her education, Kaci returned to her hometown and founded River Bend Physical Therapy with a commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care to the community that helped shape her. As she continued to grow as a clinician, she pursued advanced training and earned certifications in Spinal Manipulative Therapy (Cert. SMT) through the Spinal Manipulation Institute and Dry Needling (Cert. DN) through the Dry Needling Institute of the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
Kaci’s clinical interests include spine pain and dysfunction, chronic pain conditions, headache management, sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, general fitness, and preventative care. She is focused on helping each patient achieve meaningful results through individualized treatment and providing the tools and support needed to improve function and long-term health.
Over the years, Kaci has remained committed to growing River Bend in a way that supports her patients, her team, and the changing needs of the Bigfork community. She lives in Bigfork with her two children and is proud to continue raising her family, serving her community, and building the clinic in the place she has always called home.

Dr. Carly Wolstein is a Bigfork native and graduate of the University of Montana in Missoula. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Gerontology in 2011 before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2015.
As Clinic Director, Carly is passionate about fostering a collaborative environment where patients receive high-quality, individualized care and clinicians are supported in their professional growth. With more than a decade of clinical experience, Carly has learned the importance of meeting patients where they are and helping them better understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, and stay active throughout their lives. Her clinical interests include orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation, Pilates-based rehabilitation using the Pilates Reformer, and promoting lifelong mobility through mindful movement. She has completed certifications and advanced training in Dry Needling, Pilates rehabilitation, and has additional expertise in working with patients with Parkinson’s disease. She believes that understanding how the body moves—and helping patients move more efficiently—is the foundation for lasting recovery and improved quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Carly enjoys skiing, hiking and exploring Montana with her family. She also has a passion for animal rehabilitation and is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist, reflecting her commitment to helping both people and animals live active, healthy lives.

Originally from Spokane, Joe brings both strong regional roots and a passion for helping others to his physical therapy practice in Kalispell, Montana. He earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado Christian University, where he was also a dedicated member of the men’s soccer team. He went on to complete his graduate studies at Eastern Washington University, building a strong foundation in evidence-based care and patient-centered treatment.
Joe has a special interest in treating back pain and takes pride in helping patients return to the activities they love through personalized, goal-oriented therapy. He values building strong relationships with his patients and believes that education and collaboration are key components of successful rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He stays active by playing soccer and takes full advantage of the outdoors through fly fishing and hiking.

Dr. Seth Losos is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota, where his involvement in sports and athletics sparked an early interest in movement, injury recovery, and human performance. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training with a minor in Wellness from the University of Mary in 2019 before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2022.
As both a physical therapist and certified athletic trainer, Seth brings a strong background in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation to his practice. Before becoming a physical therapist, he worked with athletes ranging from the elementary school to collegiate level, gaining valuable experience in injury management, rehabilitation, and safe return to sport. His clinical interests include general orthopedics, sports medicine, return-to-sport rehabilitation, post-operative care, and the treatment of low back pain. Seth has pursued advanced training in Dry Needling and also has clinical experience in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation and hospital-based care.
Seth is passionate about providing thorough evaluations and individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients restore function, build confidence, and return safely to the activities they enjoy. He believes in addressing each patient’s unique goals and providing practical strategies to support recovery, manage pain, and maintain an active lifestyle long term.
Outside the clinic, Seth enjoys staying active through hiking, snowboarding, biking, basketball, softball, and golf. He and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors and taking advantage of all that Montana has to offer.

Dr. Luciano (Luke) Esposito earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Illinois State University before completing his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Idaho State University. During his undergraduate years, Luke spent time working at Flathead Lake Lodge, where he fell in love with northwest Montana and knew he wanted to return.
Luke enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and has a particular interest in biomechanics, movement analysis, and helping patients understand how their bodies move. He believes that combining hands-on manual therapy with individualized strength training provides the best opportunity for long-term success. Luke is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his patients and helping them better understand the source of their symptoms. He believes that pain doesn’t always have to limit function or quality of life and enjoys empowering patients with the knowledge and confidence to continue doing the things they love.
Outside the clinic, Luke enjoys taking advantage of Montana’s outdoor lifestyle. Whether he’s hiking, camping, snowboarding, or simply exploring new places, he loves being active and spending time outside. He enjoys meeting new people and finds the greatest reward in helping patients return to the activities that bring them joy.

Lindsey is completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree through the Tufts University School of Medicine – Phoenix DPT Program and will join River Bend Physical Therapy this September following graduation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida in 2021. Prior to pursuing her doctorate in physical therapy, Lindsey worked as a Physical Therapy Aide and SilverSneakers® instructor at St. Luke Community Healthcare in Ronan, where she discovered her passion for helping people improve their mobility, confidence, and quality of life through movement.
Lindsey enjoys working with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and believes in looking beyond the site of pain to understand how the body functions as an interconnected system. She emphasizes core stability and spinal alignment as the foundation for efficient movement before progressing to strength and functional activities. Having experienced rehabilitation herself, Lindsey understands the challenges that can accompany recovery and is passionate about helping patients better understand their condition, reduce pain, and gain the knowledge and confidence to manage their symptoms independently.
Originally from northern Virginia, Lindsey spent several years living in Colorado before moving to Texas and Florida. She met her husband while skiing in Colorado, and together they later returned to his hometown in Montana, where they enjoy the outdoor lifestyle that first brought them together. Outside the clinic, Lindsey enjoys horseback riding, downhill skiing, rock climbing, paddleboarding, yoga, weight training, cycling, and spending time at the barn with her horse. Her lifelong love of staying active gives her a unique appreciation for helping others stay active and continue participating in the activities they enjoy most.
Lindsey Zimmerman currently sees patients predominantly at the Fort by appointment.

Originally born in Wyoming, Alex spent much of his childhood in North Carolina while making annual trips to Montana to visit his dad. After graduating from high school, he made Montana his permanent home in 2003. In 2009, Alex joined the United States Air Force, where his own experience with physical therapy during recovery inspired him to pursue a career focused on helping others regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Alex graduated from Flathead Valley Community College in 2019 and has worked as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since that time. He is certified in Myofascial Decompression (MFD) and enjoys incorporating these techniques into individualized treatment plans to support each patient’s needs and goals. Alex believes that strong patient relationships, education, and personalized care are essential to successful rehabilitation. He especially enjoys helping people build the strength and confidence needed to return to the active Montana lifestyle they love, whether that means hiking, hunting, fishing, skiing, working on their property, returning to sports, or simply keeping up with the demands of everyday life.
Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and seeking out new adventures with his family. He values the opportunity to serve his community and help others stay active and engaged in the lives they enjoy.
Alex Osborne currently sees patients predominantly at the Fort by appointment.

I am a licensed PTA with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Montana State University. I am committed to providing compassionate care that encourages others to prioritize their health and overall well-being. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy golfing and following college football.
Ashley Skramovsky currently sees patients predominantly at the River Bend Kalispell location by appointment.

Pamela earned her Bachelors in Zoology from the University of Wisconsin and spent ten years working as a zookeeper before pursuing a career in physical therapy. She later earned her PTA degree from Pueblo Community College and has been helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals in an outpatient PT setting for more than six years.
Pamela brings a lifelong passion for movement, health and the outdoors to her work. In addition to being a licensed PTA, she is also a yoga instructor and enjoys helping people improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall well-being. Her diverse background includes serving as a kayak guide on Flathead lake, a snowshoe and cross-country ski guide in Glacier National Park and climbing/mountaineering guide in Colorado. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for helping people stay active and return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, Pamela enjoys anything to do with the outdoors and travel. She is dedicated to helping patients regain function, build confidence, and return to the activities that bring them joy.
Pamela Miller currently sees patients predominantly at the Fort by appointment.

Born and raised in Montana, Ashley has been an integral part of River Bend Physical Therapy for over ten years. Throughout that time, she has become familiar with the many details and day-to-day needs that keep the clinic running smoothly. She values the relationships she has built with patients and coworkers and enjoys supporting the team behind the scenes.
As Practice Operations Manager, Ashley helps coordinate the daily operations of the clinic and provides support wherever it is needed. She appreciates the variety of her role and the opportunity to contribute to a workplace where teamwork, patient care, and serving the community are shared priorities.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys hiking, camping, rafting, biking, and kayaking with her husband and their dog. She loves spending time outdoors and enjoying everything Montana has to offer.

With her father having been raised in Montana, Theresa grew up with a connection to the state and always knew she hoped to make it her home one day. In 2007, she made that dream a reality and quickly came to appreciate the mountains, peaceful surroundings, and strong sense of community that make this area such a special place to live.
Throughout her career, Theresa has worked in a variety of service and healthcare settings, including social services as well as our local nursing home and medical clinic. She enjoys helping others and is grateful to continue serving the community as part of the River Bend Physical Therapy team. Theresa values the opportunity to assist patients throughout their experience at the clinic and enjoys helping them feel welcomed, supported, and cared for along the way. She appreciates being part of a team that shares her commitment to serving others and providing compassionate care to the community.
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family, riding motorcycles, floating the river, and relaxing around a bonfire. She has two grown children and three grandchildren who live nearby and is grateful to share with them her appreciation for the Bigfork community she now calls home.
